I was born in Valdosta, GA and lived in Lakeland, GA until we moved to Leesburg when I was starting the 7th grade. I'm married to Melanie, whom I met that first year here, thank the Lord. We have two kids - Lanie (11), and Mathew (8), a Golden Retriever named Addie, and a rescue cat named Dawson. I love being a pastor of Forrester Community Church and consider it a joy and privilege to do what God's called me to do here, and I look forward to many more years of faithfully serving and shepherding those the Lord has given for our care. I love reading books on doctrine and theology, as well as church history, and I love teaching it as well. Our family lives here in Leesburg right next to the house Melanie grew up in, and I couldn't be more thankful for how the Lord has blessed us. He's so good to us!
