Children's Ministry
Older Elementary meet in the room behind the kitchen with Beth Cannon. Tonight, the kids will do "LESSON 5: Restoring Worship" in the Answers In Genesis curriculum, "God Protects and Restores." The Key Theme is: God Uses Esther. The Key Passages are: Esther 2:8-9, 16-18, 21-23; 3:8-10; 4:15-17; 8:3-8.. The Objective is: The students will be able to describe God's sovereign control over the events in the book of Esther and explain how God used people to protect the Jews.
Young Elementary meet in the room in the hallway with Paige Kierce. Tonight, the kids will talk about God's plan for Joseph's life. The aim will be that God is in control of our lives and to thank Him for taking care of us.
PreK and Kindergarten meet in the nursery rooms with Robin Hester and Tracy Hood. Tonight, the kids will talk about God sending the Savior. The aim will be to talk about Jesus coming to earth and dying on the cross to save us from our sins.
